In 2005, Clearbuilt designed and developed a website to allow any landlord, whether they have just one property or hundreds, to advertise on the website. Property owners can pay extra to have their properties featured in the on-site search engine. Tenants are empowered with simple, yet comprehensive searching options to locate just the right property. Tenants can designate the desired property location and features they are interested in and be notified each time such a property is added.
